We’ve been working with Charles Lucas Housing for a few years now and continue to reap the rewards from what they offer us. We are able to offer our landlords increased rents by leasing to Charles Lucas. This enhances our own landlord / agent relationship, enabling us to promote higher returns for our investor clients. We retain full control of our landlords and Charles Lucas deal directly with us as a leased tenant. Due to the way their business is set up, it minimises our work and we have one point of contact for all the properties we lease to them. We’ve leased a variety of properties to them from Studios to large building blocks. All continue to work very well for us and our landlords.
