At Charles Lucas, we’re not letting agents, and we’re not estate agents.

Forget letting your property to tenants.

  • Lease it to us, for between 1 and 3 years at a time, for a guaranteed monthly income that exceeds the market rent you’d achieve.
  • We let the property to our local authority and County Council housing department partners, under the robust, ongoing contracts we have in place with them.
  • They install individuals or families who are in need of accommodation, and we monitor and manage the ongoing upkeep, maintenance and condition of the property throughout.
  • Alongside this, our own Housing Officers work closely with the housing officers of the local authority or County Council in question, to ensure that the families being housed are comfortable in and capable of sustaining the placement in their temporary home.
  • At the end of the lease period we hand it back to you in the exact same condition as when you gave it to us.
