    We’re a professional property portfolio company with a holding of over 80 properties. We traditionally rented each of our properties separately to private tenants, which was costly in terms of engaging the services of Letting Agents and the complexities of moving tenants in and out. After detailed discussions with Charles Lucas, we agreed to lease our whole property portfolio holding to them instead. This has been a game changer for us, as we have one point of contact and are paid each month whether our properties are occupied or not. We particularly found the professionalism of the whole business outstanding, with the employment of their own experienced Housing Officers, who integrate within local authority processes and support each tenant. We used to have the significant costs of maintaining the interior of all our properties, however Charles Lucas have taken this financial responsibility on themselves, for which the savings for us are huge. We’ve significantly increased our profitability and continue to add property to our relationship with them. Well done guys!

We really liked the way they worked, making things easy for us, whilst providing above market rental income to us.
