Smaller Private
Landlords

If you are a smaller private investor with just one or two properties, the unique combination of our investment and wealth management advisory service, together with our lease and manage approach to your properties, enables us to play a highly valuable role in your overall financial planning.

Our business model leads the way in the sector, redefining the services available to landlords when compared with that offered by conventional ‘letting agents’.

Because our model means we deal with enhanced secured rental income, and do not charge a management fee (as our income is paid by our local government partners), it enables significantly more income to find its way to the landlord.

This has allowed us to help many landlords maximise either future pension income or, where they are already retired, maximise current pension income in such a way that their investment property is able to fulfil their income requirements, freeing other assets to support non day-to-day luxuries.

By simultaneously freeing these owners of any need to manage tenants or even letting agents, we’ve also been able to add meaningfully to quality of life.

Assisting our landlord clients in achieving financial freedom is a key component of our offer, and our advice is free of fees for clients who lease their properties to us.

Portfolio
Owners

We work with both private owners and companies with larger property portfolios, helping them maximise profit margins with a combination of increased leasing income, no management fees and the service of our in-house maintenance team. Whilst leased to us, all interior upkeep is our responsibility, and we hand back all property at the end of the lease in the same condition (as per our published terms) in which we took it on.

Although we are interested to meet owners of portfolios of any size, we manage many which comprise in excess of 50 properties.

The increased income our leasing provides, and the financial security it delivers, enables portfolio owners to borrow funds more efficiently for use in further growing their business.

Owners also benefit from having a single point of contact covering all of their properties, and we maintain the highest possible level of client service, with frequent and comprehensive communications, and monthly payment runs.

Letting
Agents

We work closely with a sizeable number of letting agents, for whom we become a leased tenant.

This enables these agents to offer their landlords increased rents over those available from rival letting agents, adding tangible value to the landlord/ agent relationship.

In addition to this, with the increased cost of living meaning that AST tenants are finding it harder and harder to meet their rental commitments, leasing to us helps agents prevent their landlords being exposed to increasing levels of risk.

Similarly, with the expected removal of the Section 21 eviction notice in upcoming rental reforms likely to make eviction of tenants much more difficult, leasing properties to us again enables agents to lower risk for landlords.
